We are the primary full-service grocery store in the Upper Valley, and we take that responsibility seriously.

Produce — A Fresh Food Anchor for the Valley
Because we are the only true fresh produce location in the Upper Valley, our produce department is one of the most important parts of the store.
We work to provide:

Meat Department — Cut and Packaged In-House
Our meat department is another point of pride.
Nearly all of our meat is cut and packaged in-house by our local meat cutter. We maintain a full range of products, including:

- Hispanic-style cuts such as carne asada
- Free-range and organic chicken options
- Sausages and barbecue-ready selections
- Bacon and cured meats
- Frozen fish selections
By handling most of the packaging ourselves, we maintain quality control and provide the selection our customers rely on.
